Original Review:

We just finished building a custom home with this company and couldn't say enough good things about this contractor. He not only has an eye for design, he is super honest, trustworthy and probably one of the easiest people to work with. I don't exaggerate when I say that every single sub contractor we met working under him has said just about the same thing, "Tim, is great. I've worked with him for many years." Tim is very knowledgeable in every aspect of construction and very easy to communicate with as we were first time home builders we had so many questions just about every day. We were probably the biggest pains in the butt checking the building site daily and he made it clear that he wanted us to tell him if we saw something that didn't seem right along the way. He has a very keen eye for details too often finding things we never even saw that he saw as not up to par with his brand and would immediately fix it himself or call the subcontractor responsible for fixing it. As for the mortgage, he was so responsive to our mortgage company so they were very easily and quickly able to get us approved.
